¡San Severo!

Para celebrar la fiesta del colegio, esta semana hicimos en la clase de inglés una Escape Room. Consiste en que los alumnos tienen que resolver una serie de pistas para alcanzar un objetivo. En nuestro caso, teníamos que recuperar la investigación perdida de Severo Ochoa sobre la estructura de los virus. Llegó el siguiente email: 

No podíamos dejarlo pasar, así que nos pusimos manos a la obra para poder encontrar todos los archivos. Además, nos enviaron unas cartas y una caja fuerte:

Happy Saint Valentine's Day to everyone!!

San Valentín es una festividad que tiene una gran popularidad dentro de la cultura anglosajona (propia de países en los que se habla inglés). 

Estas son algunas de las palabras que más se escuchan estos días y que vimos en clase:

Aquí tenéis un vídeo donde se explica la historia de San Valentín y por qué se celebra.

En segundo de primaria, estuvimos haciendo conversation hearts o sweethearts, unos caramelos con forma de corazón y mensajes que se suelen regalar en esta fecha.

En esta canción de Adele, una de las cantantes británicas más populares en los últimos años, podemos ver varios verbos en past simple, tanto regulares (en azul) como irregulares (en rojo).

Past Simple reinforcement
